Meet Lucy, a sharp-thinking, numbers-loving problem solver who thrives on keeping things accurate, organised, and moving forward. With a strong background in finance roles across multiple industries, Lucy brings energy, precision, and a genuine can-do attitude to the DNA team.

Lucy has hands-on experience across credit control, management accounting, and month-end processes. She enjoys diving into reconciliations, reporting, and improving systems and processes to help finance and operations functions run more efficiently and effectively. Lucy is Xero certified and a proud Member of the ICB, and was also nominated for Student of the Year at the 2025 ICB Awards — recognition that reflects her commitment to excellence, cloud accounting, and continuous professional development.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Lucy at the gym before work, enjoying a run, or spending quality time with her family.
